I am slipping.
Last night turned into an unexpected and even more so unnecessary night out (on a Monday!). I didn’t go grocery shopping like I was supposed to after being away for the weekend, and I didn’t get up this morning to run because of the late night out.
I realize that a few days is not THAT big of a deal, but I need to snap out of it before it gets even more out of hand. I missed my long run this weekend because of a bachelorette, so I haven’t worked out in any form since this past Friday.
After work today, I’m working at a Weight Watchers meeting, and should be out around 8 or so. Normally I’d use this as an excuse to just go home and relax, but not tonight.
In the next 24 hours, I MUST:
- Drink a ton of water
- Run 5 miles
- Go grocery shopping and make a meal plan
- Get a good night’s sleep
- Not drink alcohol 😉
