Hi and welcome! My name is Beth and I’m a 25 year old living and working in the Washington, DC area. I’ve lost a little over 50 pounds since joining Weight Watchers March 3, 2009. I still have a few to go, but am focusing much more on a healthy, wholesome diet and healthy lifestyle, and less on the numbers. I have taken up running and participated in 5 races in 2009. I have a 5k in February and a 10 miler in April, and hope to find a half marathon to run this year.
I created this blog to show my food and fitness routine and share my daily struggles. We will see where it goes. Stay tuned!
